vision of parrot bearing golden fish

Parrot bearing golden fish
That speaks:

"The several swarming
tested heated arguments combine
to gift themselves, courage
(Crucible forged as they were)
A useless word to look for
To know your fear but place it aside
Like the rivers and oceans the o'look the tide
That waxes and wanes
And among all these sundered planes
A striding stair we stand apon
An between we cavalier unevenly
Reaching out a tender hand to an unfeeling cosmos
Like a portrait painted on a chapel cistene
Like a living world rendered unseen
Like a field of grass always more green
Like a loving conquest of leaving alone
Chase and unspent of it's own immortal repent
To take only the sight of what you've seen
And let be what is
Unbesmirched
Let not the very thing you cherish
Be tainted by your own looking for it
And perhaps at it
Be confident while you live
Do not allow yourself dissemble
Before you life has even left

My favorite thing about dictators
Is the way they always die, behold
The world disposes of its own evil."

The vision ends
