The thinker is thinking great deep thoughts. In his colossal mind flow thoughts like great rivers through the passages of his brain. He thinks and thinks. Because he is trying to unravel the knot of mere being. He has sat so long. And he will sit for all time. Past all our lives and the lives of our children, and all our descendants. Until at the end of all things, the trumpets sound, and the sun will be squeezed in the fist of the mighty giant of the sky. And the thinker will stand and look back at his shadow and how long it has become. and say,
"I know".
